Banjo Dan and wood pile

Banjo Dan and the Mid-nite Plowboys have over thirty years experience performing in venues as varied as the New England landscape itself.  As the Selected Gig List reveals, they have played everything from opera houses and concert halls to fairs, festivals, campuses and special events.  The band is also available for private events such as wedding receptions and other festive occasions.  Their varied repertoire and entertaining stage show enable them to entertain audiences of all kinds with great success.

Nonprofit organizations in Vermont are invited to apply to the Vermont Arts Council for partial funding to support Banjo Dan concerts.

Concert fees run in the range of $1000-2000.  Summer weekend dates are typically booked at $1500-$1800, though several factors can mitigate the fee, and weekday rates are usually lower.  Block-booking is always a good idea, and when working outside Vermont we always make an effort to schedule multiple engagements in the same state or geographical area.  Perhaps your organization can facilitate this by suggesting other potential employers.  Overnight accommodations, meals, etc. can also be factored in.  We like to keep busy, and if you are interested in a Banjo Dan concert, we'll do everything we can to make it work.

Dan Lindner may also be contacted about bookings for The Sky Blue Boys, an acoustic duo performing traditional American music.
